We strive to provide high-quality pet supplies and tarot products. All return and refund requests must follow the rules below. By placing an order, you agree to this return and refund policy.

2. Return Conditions

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery, if the following requirements are met:

• Products are unused, unopened and in original packaging
• All accessories, labels and packages are complete
• Not affected by man-made damage, stains or improper use

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Tarot reading service and customized products
• Discounted goods, clearance items and final sale products
• Products damaged by personal misuse after delivery

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.

5. Shipping Fee Rule

If the return is caused by our mistake (wrong item, quality problem), we will bear the return shipping cost. For personal reason returns, customers need to pay the return shipping fee by themselves.
